Notore Chemical Industries Ltd, an agro-allied and chemical company kicked off in August 2005 after its acquisition of the National fertilizer company of Nigeria (NAFCON) as a result of its liquidation by the bureau of public enterprises (BPE). The year 2008 saw an extensive rehabilitation of the plant which led to the beginning of the company’s production of ammonia and urea from January and July 2009 respectively.

Notore chemical industries limited which is owned by a consortium of private and foreign institutional investors today pride itself as the only urea fertilizer plant in sub-Saharan Africa making the company an undisputable leader in that sector which happens to be the company’s vision.

The company also has interest in power and seeds.

The corporate office is at notore Industries Park, Onne Rivers state while the Lagos office on the 6th floor bank PHB building 1, bank PHB crescent off Adeyemo Alakija street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
