OPERATION LIGHT UP OUR STREETS PROGRAM

'OPERATION LIGHT UP OUR STREETS PROGRAM' is an initiative of PROJECT LIGHT UP NIGERIA designed to light up majority of the roads/streets in the 36 states of the federation in a very short period of time .

Under this program, PROJECT LIGHT UP NIGERIA will light up roads/streets in the 36 states of the federation using high quality street lanterns/lamps from Italy known as NORDEX which comes with warranty.

This program is borne out of the fact that streets lit up at night contributes to dearth of night crimes in a society besides the aesthetic value it adds to the environment.

PROJECT LIGHT UP NIGERIA will provide 100% funding for this project under a private/public partnership platform while the states/federal government decides the streets/roads to be lit up.
